Paid media, built by hand and measured in full.

We run paid social, native and creative for DTC brands that outgrow the generic agency model.

What we run

One team on the whole stack, from the hook to the order.

No separate agency for creative, no one else owning the pixel. Everything below sits with the same two people who take your call.

  1. Paid social

Meta and TikTok campaigns built around a tested creative pipeline instead of one hero ad. Spend follows the concepts that still work in week two.

  2. Native and discovery

Taboola, Outbrain and RevContent run with placement level control. We cut the placements that only look cheap on a summary report.

  3. Creative production

Weekly batches of static, UGC and short video. Every concept ships with a second hook so testing starts on day one.

  4. Tracking and attribution

Server side events, clean naming and one source of truth from click to checkout. You see which ad paid for the sale.

  5. Landing pages and funnels

Advertorials, VSLs and offer pages assembled from blocks that already converted. New angle, same tested path to the buy button.

  6. Scale and offer testing

Budgets go up in steps, with price points, bundles and guarantees pressed before we repeat a week that lost money.

How we work

Four moves, in this order.

The first month is deliberately unglamorous. We fix the account and the measurement before anyone touches the budget line.

  1. Audit

We read your spend history, creative library and tracking before we change anything. You get the findings in writing, including what we would leave alone.

  2. Rebuild

Account structure, naming, events and funnel blocks get cleaned up. Two weeks of foundation work that stops the leaks first.

  3. Test

Creative, angles and offers run in controlled batches. Losers get killed fast and written up, so the next batch starts smarter.

  4. Scale

Winning combinations take more budget in steps, with new placements and geographies opened only after the numbers hold for a full cycle.

Numbers we track

What a healthy account looks like six months in.

  • $4.2M Monthly ad spend under management
  • 3.1x Blended return on ad spend at account level
  • 68% Of spend sitting in creative that survived testing
  • 12 Days to the first profitable angle, median

Placeholder figures, shown to explain how we report. Real numbers from live accounts are shared during the first call.

What the weekly output actually looks like.

Two habits from a normal month: one production pass, one pruning pass. Both happen whether the week went well or badly.

Printed ad concepts laid out for a weekly creative review
Weekly creative batch: 12 concepts briefed, 6 shipped, 3 kept after testing.
Placement report open on a screen during a media review
Placement pruning pass: 41 placements cut, budget moved to 9 that held cost per acquisition.

The five questions we get before the first call.

Answered the same way here as on the call, so nobody wastes a meeting finding out.

What is the minimum ad spend you take on?

Most brands we work with spend at least $50,000 per month on paid media. Below that the testing cadence gets too slow to learn anything useful in a month.

Do you lock clients into a long contract?

The first engagement runs 60 days so the rebuild and the first test cycle both fit inside it. After that it is month to month, with 30 days notice on either side.

Who actually runs my account?

A media buyer and a creative lead, both in your channel, both in every review. Nothing gets handed to a junior team after the pitch.

How do you handle tracking?

We own the measurement setup: server side events, pixel health checks and naming that survives redirects. Audited weekly, not once a year.

What do your reports look like?

A Monday dashboard with spend, cost per acquisition and creative performance, plus a short written note on what changed and what runs next.
